I hear ya. though contrary to what you say, all of the upper management is no good. most of the suppers are no good either. there are a few that are great, like our overnight ones, but other tha that, only a handful of the suppers and assist suppers are worth their salt so to speak.

buy an unlocked SE phone. i have k550i and it is awssome. only complaint is with the music player cause it lacks bass. the k790 is also good. if you want a phone direct from att, get either the n75 nokia or SE w300i. i would highly recommend that you not get the w580 SE (sony slider phone) because of the keypad cracking issue. it was supposed to be fixed but has not been and i don't forsee that ...

it was my understanding that if you know the last four of ssn and the name on the account with att, you can pretty much do anything you want on the account. is this not correct? if it isn't then here at the legacy dobson call center, we have been given the wrong info.

i can't stand COR retail reps telling customers to call cust service. i know for one that our cor reps can do everything we can and more except bill eq to the account instead of charging it upfront, and cancelling an account.

I work for cell one, soon to be bought by AT&T. Hopefully, the great overlords at AT&T will deign to keep us lowly dobson care reps on when the takeover has been completed. What are the benefits like with AT&T? Also, any thoughts on what will happen to us dobson call center employees?

I had one use the same sort of schpeil on me for the nail care products. I told her i was not married, had no sisters, and my mom had passed away last year on christmas day, and she went back to the kiosk sat down, and when i came back through, she was still in the chair she had sat in looking very somber.
