The rep at my store is getting paid for this activation still. And for all of you that keep saying this is IMPOSSIBLE to do is wrong. I had a customer just yesterday activate a phone with me. After the new number was activated he changed his mind and decided he wanted to keep his VZW pre-paid phone number. Just a simple call and it was ported withing a half hour. I used to work in a stand alone store that happened to be right next to a PORN store! Guys would walk in thinking they had gone into the porn store and looked suprised when all they saw were phones...The sign outside said ***** Cellular and there were no XXX on my wide open windows! And then they would ask me where the porn shop was :paranoid: ... "next door over"

First of all it was not me that activated the phone. And second...the CSR should have sent the customer back to us to handle it. Insteat my co-worker just lost his commission. I know how the process works in Eroes. I have done plenty of these. As reps we were also told that we can do it. So he was doing what he was told was ok. Its all in motion. I got the reps name, ext number and the sale Id number. Our IDR is working on it. It still just makes me mad! That is the last person we should have to worry about taking our deals!

Its not really a rebate...the VZW direct stores off the $100 off instantly if you sign up for the data plan. So we match that. Its just like the higher the price plan you sign up on the lower the cost of the phone. But the data is not under contract. You could get the $100 off in the store and cancel it tomorrow or when you leave the store. You wont have to pay that money back or ...

So we are out of Moto Q's at my store and my entire market...so I call the guys in Colorado because they have a bunch. They said they could transfer me one because I have a customer that needs one. So I get the phone today and the box is trashed!!! I search the esn and it was exchanged in as a defective!! Jerks!

At my company what they are doing for the secret shop is totally different. We used to get shopped like that but now the "secret shopper" will come in and stand around your store. They wait until someone buys something and stops that person as they leave to ask them about their experience with us. If they come in and we dont sell...done! It freaking rocks...I hate be shopped!

yup...I am a master of all trades. You do what you have to to pay the bills. I know its random but the watch place is literaly feet from my kiosk so it is really easy to work both.

Yeah it would! I used to work in a kiosk inside of wal mart (not for wal mart...Alert) and we got those all the time! It was great because they always spend alot of money! :D

Sometimes I would rather it be only me instead of dealing with these guys! I am the only female at my store so the guys expect me to keep it clean and organized...I cant stand it dirty so I do but it pisses me off that they dont do S***! I want to hurt them!

So my new manager hires two guys...they have been here for about a month now and then my manager leaves town for a week and half. One of the guys in atleast 30 minutes late every day (sometimes over an hour!). So I am running around getting my stuff done this morning and one of them calls me and tells me he cant come in. FINE! I go in a little early because I need to get phones out ...

They have this feature on T-Mobile for certain credit classes but I have been selling VZW for 2 years and have never heard of that for our service.
