Well here's an update to what is going on... After she got the run around she got someone that had some common sense and seen that the order was never finalized. So they cancelled the order and processed another order and it went through. Well some how they managed to push the other order out and shipped her 2 phones (both arrived on same day which was today)well when she called sprint they explained the cancelled order got ...

Ok here's the thing....... She ordered the phone through SERO a week ago. She has received no shipping info and every time she calls they give her the run around that it will ship soon. Last night she was told it was in the warehouse and should ship soon and she should have it in 3-5 days depending on the shipping method she selected. I had mine in 2 days and didn't have this problem. It makes no sense to me.

Well she signed up for SERO and is still waiting for her phone and she keeps getting the run around about why her phone hasn't shipped yet. She was just told it was in the warehouse and should ship any day and should recieve it in 3-5 days depending on shipping method she selected. I had mine in 2 days back in September. Was the 4000 people they laid off the shipping department??

Hello! My GF signed up for a new account last week and they still haven't shipped her phone. They keep telling her it will ship any day now yet she's got this excuse for several days now. She was told after placing the order to check back in a few hours for the tracking info and still nothing. Is Sprint having shipping problems?? Thanks!

Thanks Sprint 2007 (Are you being replaced by Sprint model 2008?) Well it seems they had to cancel these pending changes and then try to add it again. Sounds like when I called to add it before it all changed over started the confusion. Then trying to get it added the other 2 times just caused a mess. Far as the handset changing on my account online I was wondering if it'd change on the next billing cycle. I guess ...

Account problems with new handset. Please help!

in the Sprint forum

Hello! On January 2nd I received my new handset and got it activate. I was told that it'd take 24-48 hours for everything to switch over. Well I've tried to add the $7.00 insurance to cover my new handset twice now. I am on my 3rd attempt and Customer Service is having issues and getting an error. Also on my account online it is still showing my old handset. Which when I mention that to Customer Service they are ...

I also just got the Q9C I'd have to say the signal strength is pretty decent. I had a Muziq before the screen cracked and at work (in a church) it'd change service areas all the time and at times would miss calls and what not. The Q9C seems to have good signal strength in my opinion. I guess I'd have to compare it to other phones besides 1 phone.

I went with the Muziq cause the keys were easier to text with than a DLX (gf has a DLX). So easy to text with that I do it driving. Far as battery life goes. I've gotten almost 4 hours straight talk time out of it. 4:22 and 4:28 I believe. CNET review also shows 4:22..... What sucks is standby time is like 2 days. No problems texting either.

How did you find an extended battery andd battery cover? Last I checked LG didn't have one for it? Is it after market or something? I would so love one.

I agree unfortuantly all the phones I like have crappy battery life. The DLX I passed up cause of the small external screen and the slippery keys. I am content with the Muziq would love it if I could get an extended battery for it. I guess I'm stuck with it for now. Good luck on finding your phone.

SERO plan question

I've been with Sprint for over a month and signed up for a sero plan. I have the 500 minute plan for $30.00 However I was wondering if it was possible to change my plan to the 1250 minute plan for $49.99 and how do I do go about it? Thanks!

Well the Muziq has been out for a few months now and they do not have an extended battery for it. Which really sucks cause standby time on such a cool phone is horrible. I wish they would come out with an extended battery for it. I'd buy it in hopes to get a longer standby time hopefully another day or 2. So if one of your decisions is based on extended battery availability the Muziq does not have ...

Well, I've been with Sprint for a lil over a week and called CS once for a question and they were friendly and glad to help. (I was nice, pleasant, patient with them and expressed my thanks for their help) also same thing with an e-mail to CS which was repsonded to in hours and went ahead and added the feature I wanted to the phone without any further questions. I just know mine works ok. Volume up down open or closed. The quiet button works. Only complaint I have is the fact you have to open it up to adjust the volume unless you turn keylock off..

Uhhh what phone do you have I have the Muziq and well on the outside I hit the volume key and it silences. It also silences on the inside when you hit the volume button and the at the bottom of screen it says quiet, well if you hit the soft key right below it guess what... The phone goes silent... GASP!

Well I've got to play with my phone some more. I got about 4 hours 20 minutes of talk time out of it. Like a few minutes less than my VX-8300..... I tested time by calling one phone from the other. I was worried at first cause the battery bars on the MUZIQ would drop off quicker than the VX-8300.. However once the 8300 got down to 2 bars on the phone they dropped off quicker and to my surprise ...

I just went through the book and found something interesting. Despite the specs you read online saying the phone has up to 4 hours of digital talk time. The book says up 130 minutes. 2 hours and 10 minutes. This may be why so many are complaining about battery life. If this holds true I will probably not be holding on to this phone for that long.

I just got my phone Muziq today. So far from just walking in my house with it before I put it on the charger i've noticed that I go between 3-4 bars. My Verizon phone is anywhere between 1-3 and sometimes I see the roaming message on it. I am charging both my phones now (verizon phone and the Muziq) After 9 tonight I am going to call one phone from the other and let them go to see how long it ...

Every sprint employee i've talked to at the stores have told me that Samsungs are more for toys than an actual phone. I personally narrowed my choice down to 2 phones and will be starting with the one i'm more skeptical about. If it's great then I will keep it.. Well things sound mixed...... I played with both phones at the store and I felt the buttons on the DLX were to small and I'd end up hitting wrong keys especially when texting. Where as the Muziq I felt they were big enough to not have that issue and it felt to me that the buttons were responsive enough to feel a key press. My main concerns will be volume, sound quality, signal strenght and battery life. ...

I have the same question. I looked at both tonight at the store.. I really do like the dlx. I also like the Muziq. I see bigger keys on the Muziq easier for texting and all that. However I don't know which has better reception and I hear things about the battery life on the Muziq being bad.

in the Samsung UpStage M620 forum

If battery life is important to you then get the Katana DLX. I personally had the same decision as i will be switching soon. I like to text and sounds like the screen is to small for it on the UPSTAGE. Also the DLX gets up to like 1.5 hours more talk time than the UPSTAGE. Also word is Sanyo's get better signal as they are designed for Sprint alone.

I think the Sanyo S1 is some rumor. I haven't seen no pictures or specs on it. I'd like to see something on it. like size, features, battery life, color, even some pics of it.

Well my first phone for Sprint was back in 1998. It was some fat Sony phone. Then I had a Sanyo phone which was the best Sprint phone I had of the 4. My mom had used my Sanyo for a few years up until the battery started to show some decrease in use time within the last few months she used it. Then I got the Motorola StarTAC as my next to last phone that I had ...
