it is able to view .doc files...thats it...remember, its not a smartphone, it doesnt have windows or anything so excel and pdfs are out of the question there is no editing the .doc files either only opening them via e-mails or files from your memory card

dude, I have physically sent a txt message from the instinct and let me tell you that it was the easist thing I have ever done and I have been using a mogul for over a year now..you should have no problem the touch screen is the most responsive i have ever seen

ya know...you guys are killin me! there is NOTHING wrong with sprint CS..at all..period everytime I call, someone calls from my store, there issue is resolved in under 10mins. all this crap about sprint CS is getting old, there is barely anymore out sourcing, practically no hold times ( longest i've had in months is 3mins ) and the people are nice..

Wi-Fi? who pays for that? on all the phones that we sell Wi-Fi is just an added bonus...70bucks a month for EV-DO AND Wi-Fi...christ...and to top it all off its only Wi-Fi in certain spots? my mogul will pick up wi-fi anywhere I go as long as its not ecrypted...what is Alltel thinking with this? that people are going to jump on it like its the coolest thing since sliced bread?

See...I dont believe that Sprint as a company is failing..I do however, believe that Forsee is part of the reason the company is doing so bad after the merger...the merger was a great idea, just under the wrong visionary ( is that ever a word? ) I believe that is Forsee goes bye-bye things will be better for Sprint...he got in over his head is all...so you can blame Sprint as a whole for very poor business ...

Sprints weak marketing? are you nuts man? they have more commericals, sponsorships, billboards, than I have ever seen...its almost annoying that I work here all day and then go home..and on the 10mile drive, I here a radio commerical, see like 5 billboards and then get home and see a tv commerical during dinner..weak he says... :roll:

Sprint has had a plan like this for ATLEAST 2yrs. with unlimited N&W minutes...your plans suck, your data plans REALLY suck...I will say that you guys have some cool phones...to bad the average joe has to drop like a $1,000dep just to get one..and then pay you $80+ a month to use it...you guys are killin me....

I think the company could do better as a whole yes, considering I see the inside numbers as well as the public ones..I dont think, however, that them pulling from this is really that big of a deal. they still have pivot, which is going to be huge when it rolls out and the WiMax venture is going to be even huger ( is huger even a word? :lol: ) with any carrier, national or regional, I dont ...

ahmen...that dude whinning about customer service is prolly one of the dudes always wanting the world for free because they think they shouldnt be charged for services...I work for sprint too and I NEVER have a problem when I call customer care, whether its for me or a customer, no matter what number I call..as far as the whinner goes...some one send him one of those cancellation letters so we dont have to hear is mouth anymore... :roll:

Sprint has also been doing this for a couple of years...wireless backup service and voice command..I believe sprint is the only carrier with the voice command service, which allows the user to backup, edit, store, etc. all contacts via web and then dial with them with voice over the phone at $5 a month you never ever lose your contacts because they are not stored in the phone..I didnt know that AT&whatever they are now thought this was ...

Helio, Cricket etc..what a bunch of coat tail riders..thinking that they can offer and keep with with the real carriers...none of these companies have there own service, they just "rent" it from other carriers and then go on national tv and bash them...cough:::cough:::Alltel:::cough. when they can afford to put up thousands of there own towers and not have to depended on someone else THEN ...

Actually, the "new" billing system can support both devices on a shared plan at once...700mins and up power pack is power pack..power source phones, however, need and have there own seperate plans..i set up and acctount with both devices and it works fine...the other thing not compatible is DC and M2M you have to pay and extra $5 for DC if you have both devices on a shared account
