Learn to understand your plan. Its not the companies fault that you dont know how to listen to what the sales rep was telling you at the time of purchase or that you dont know how to read your paper work. Im sure that they had an international plan that you could have went with to save you bill from being as high as it was. Plus, you went with a 29.99 plan. Comeon, what kinda of awsome plan ...

We dont bash the 3rd party dealers. To tell you the truth most of them do it to themselves. They Hire kids in at min wage, barley train then, and send them off into the field. my frend bought a motorola BT from Myworldphone.com. When he got it in the mail the charger docking thingy had stickers on it that looked like buttons. Also it didnt charge at all. Your just an ASM. Dont try them to make you manager. Your main manager should be helping you out instead of giving you a hard time about the sales. I don't like managers that bitch and moan about numbers. I like managers who help their employees achieve their goals rather then tell them that their doing a horrible job
I can't fix that
I had the customer tell me about 30 times that she has terminal cancer and that shes dying. Plus, she got in a car wreck and lost her babies. She got a rental car and someone just hit her in that too. Im just making an insurence claim for you lady....do i need to know all this? Do you expect me to make the deductable cheaper? Is it wrong that I just don't care about that kinda stuff?

I see it this way, If the svc dont work then it don't work. I Send customers to other companies alot. It shows that you honest and not tryin to rip people off. I believe that it gives you and your company a good name. Now 4 lines would have been rough so I hope you offered them a trial period. If they really wanted a certain phone the they'll at least try it out.
