I honestly like the Lotus better, the reason why is because the keys are more raised on the QWERTY keypad. The Rant has flatter keys which make it more uncomfortable to text. I LOVE the Youtube app on both tho, which is a mobile version and streams really well. I like the internet on the Lotus better as well because of the bigger screen! Hope this helps!

Will it charge the KB per pic you send? I called customer care and they said that before, they would charge you $0.20 per message PLUS the KiloByte usage. On the new plans it waives the $0.20 but still charges you the KB usage. The retail stores tell me its free to send a picture on that plan and it'll never charge you the data charges. SO which is correct?! Please help! :cry:
So does the Talk/Message family plan really include KB in the Pictures?
So does it really have them for free? I keep seeing peoples different responses at work that theyre getting charged the KB on the new plans. So on the new Talk/Message plans, if you send a Pic/Vid will it charge you?

yeah if you need Word, Excel, PP, etc, might as well go with the 800w. and ScoobyPls is wrong, the Pearl IS available to order. look at Sprint.com
other than that opt yourself outta the Curve. good luck! i'd go with the Mogul :)

yep. it cant be "added" to a family plan. cost is $59.99/month on a 2 year agreement, or $79.99/month on a 1 year agreement. also $109.99 for 2 year agreement for Mexico and Canada border travel. all have 5 GB cap, and all can NOT have a Corporate Discount. If the account has one, the voice plans get em but the data card will not..

NOPE! "complaining" doesnt do anything, were all human. if someone called you complaining and CRYING about their problem would you care? you would if they calm, but if cause drama on the phone it gets a little rediculous. just my opinion.

yeah bro i work for retail and a customer care call center. they treat us okay, but outsourcing Sprint to countries like India are KILLING us in bill issues and misled information. they put notes on the account that make it impossible to honor. last situation, a rep in India promised a business customer that he can get the Instinct on his 3 lines for free, provided him a "Tracking Number" and said it would be able to work ...

Man ClickIt is what I did, but they said they can only remove it if its been currently active on a previous account...The only other option i have for you is Order Support, which is what they advised me to do. Hmm...let me try ClickIt again
