Do all of your own AMB - the hardest part is getting the customer to go home and activate the link in their email. If you do that you'll lock out all the b2b reps for 180 days...

If you have a PDA on your account, then you should be paying for the PDA internet plans - you're transferring much more data with your pda than you would with lets say a RAZR... hence the price difference. You already cheated the system for this long... game over.

Again - the phone needs to support PUSH email. If the phone says it supports pop3 emails, that just means it will PULL the emails in (similar to the way microsoft outlook works - it will search for emails every x minutes). Look at the box of a blackberry... it says right on it that it supports PUSH email technology.
If a phone says supports pop3 emails - then just assume that it will work with all of ...

It doesn't mean it can... but it doesn't mean that it cannot. The phone itself needs to support push email. Push email can be used with (most) pop3 emails. What phone were you looking at?

Not only are Blue and Orange customers are in different billing systems, but their accounts are provisioned differently. I agree - what annoys me more is when reps switch primary lines on an account, and then switch family messging/early nights, causing me to get a chargeback.

I'm saying people are going to start slamming bills with features - meaning that everyone I come in contact with is going to have roadside assistance, or a message plan of sorts...reps will put somone on a message plan just so they "own" that customer. This is also known as FRAUD... and the reason why a lot of the cellular industry gets a bad rap.
