Do you use a Cellebrite to do transfers or an actual compuiter? If you're doing it using a CelleBrite there shouldn't be a charge b/c it only takes about 2 min.

People see cell phones as a requirement not a luxury! if they've been customers for "X # of yrs" they demand free service, discounts, and free crap out the a$$!!! and when its time to upgrade and they have free phone promos people think they can pick the phone that does it all and get it for free!!! working for AT&T
I am thinking about goign to work for AT&T. I saw onlinie that they offered health/dental/vision and tuition reimbursement. How much is the tuition reimbursement and how in the insurance? I work for Sprint now and am looking for better benefits and higher pay.

I pay my electric bill on time every month and been w this particular electric company for seveal years, i dont espect them to give me discounts on my electric bill...the same goes for my cable company...the new customer price is already deeply discounted from what the phone actually costs! just bc ur with a company for x years doesn't entitle u to extra discounts. i hate when customers come in a yell and complain about that

Why wouldn't you just take the time and explain it to the customer instead of sending them to the cor. store. It's a waste of the customers time to drive all over to get some questions answered. Well I work at a corporate store and we have problems with with retarded indirects. They sell people phones they don't want and attatch services people don't need or want just to increase their commission. Then when the customer complains the indirects send them to the corporate store for us to clean up their mess!

Sprint jsut came out with the 6800...it looks better than the 6700...but u still can't do sprint tv with it...not windows device can...but the treo 755p w/ sprint u can and MMS is very easy on the treo
so annoying!
i hate when there are customers that stand in front of your desk and talk on the phone. And jsut continue with your conversation as if the whole world revolves around them. And when they're talking to you about things and they jsut pick up their phone when it rings and have lengthy conversations. Some people are so rude.
