Go to menu, Settings, Profiles. The phone is originally set on the normal profile. You then need to press the left soft key labeled 'options', then edit. From there you will see the three different menus on the right. Move over to the phone symbol and scroll all the way down and mute the keypad. The folder open/close option is in the same menu. Hope this helps!
