Ad Blocking

Phone Scoop is an ad-supported web site. Advertising pays for our full-time staff while allowing us to offer our content for free to everyone. Ads literally pay the bills, put food on the table, roofs over our heads, etc. Without successful ads, this site would not exist.

We understand why you might use an ad blocker. Some sites have really annoying ads, or use slow ad servers that slow down the whole site. We promise we're not like that. We work very hard to make sure our ads are non-instrusive and don't slow things down.

Most ad blockers let you "white list" certain sites where you want to allow ads to appear. To do this in AdBlock Plus, simply click the small arrow next to the ABP logo in your browser toolbar, and choose "Disable on phonescoop.com". (See illustration below) That's it!
