I have been using this model for almost one year. Cingular had replaced this phone twice.
2 phones in 6 months????
No good phone.

This phone looks great and the slide action is seamless but to sum up this phone in two words is "NO SERVICE" as far as being in the US, it only works on 1900Mz .So that rules any stable reception anywhere. Its like being stuck in 2001 and no way to get back to the future but there's some good things about this phone like the design. The chrome trim looks great and the thin black housing is very sexy .The technology is not bad either with EDGE and 80mb of internal memory BUT no expanded memory card slot so it makes the MP3 player useless .Now the bad- the camera sucks very grainy and hate to say it again but the reception does as well.The display is good but if you like the look of this phone pick up the T809 and unlock it or wait for the cingular version that has the same look but quad band and memory card slot much like the T809.
