I have always loved it. It lasted through a water experience, drops, being thrown, etc. <br /><br />Pros: <br />-Large Keypad (big fingers= big keys)<br />-great voice quality<br />-fast internet and data (where i live, we don't have power vision, so when i go places that do, it's totally awesome)<br />-rotating camera<br />-voice to text<br />-slim as hell<br />-loud speaker<br /><br />Cons<br />-battery life, but you learn to deal or buy an extended battery or a double<br />-slow loading albums<br />-the first version with the txt issue. but that was fixed with an update<br />-paint comes off, but it still survives<br /><br />Overall, i loved this phone so much, i just bought another brand new one off of ebay. I will probably never love a phone as much as this one. I've had amazing signal quality everywhere I went, and it was the first phone with an mp3 player I owned. Simply having this TANK of a phone helped me sell more of this phone then ANY OTHER PHONE I've ever sold. I actually had a customer come in for lockline's phone number, because he ran his over with his car...only the screen was broken. After a year and a half of very hard use (I used to throw the phone across my sprint store to show how sturdy the phone was) my camera finally gave out, and I wanted external memory, so I bought a fusic. I miss my blade more then anything (I almost used my upgrade to buy another blade, lol!!) I can't wait for the instinct to come out...because to me it looks like a smart phone version of the blade, and I know I'll be a VERY happy camper at that point. The only thing that blows with the blade is the battery life (but a very savvy radioshack associate CAN order you an extended life battery, and powersave mode helps a ton)<br /><br />PROS: Camera and screen resolution are AMAZING, I look at my current fusic in disgust, because it's like going from a samsung HD to an RCA tube. <br />Durability: I used to THROW IT ACROSS MY STORE to show how hard core the phone is.<br />Speakers: Loud, and never distorted, speaker phone is excellent, and the stereo speakers were excellent<br /><br />CONS: BATTERY LIFE!!!!I can't even count how many samsung chargers I had...my car, my room, whoever I was seeing's house, plus spare home chargers in my car<br />Memory: It blows having to change the MP3 selection on the phone EVERY other week. When I want a phone, I get it right then and there. This was one I was totally happy with the fact that I did. Reminds me of the razor WITHOUT all the issues it comes with. I dropped it so many times and it continues to work to this day. It is my 'backup' phone if anything happens to my Centro. It was pretty pricey when I got it, because I didn't use my upgrade, but it was worth it compared to the POS I had before it!<br /><br />Pros:<br />GREAT speaker phone<br />AWESOME camera<br />The camera swivels so you can use it closed or open, very easily<br />Small, lightweight and THIN<br />AWESOME color and easy to read<br />Always had reception even when my friends and family didn't<br /><br />Cons:<br />No external memory<br />Internet was a little slow, but it's an older phone, that's expected<br /><br />My brother always asked me to give it up for him when I got a new phone, never happened! Here are my Pro's and Con's...<br /><br />-----CONS-----<br />1) Battery Life - ok, i just charged it and its on 3 bars. I talk to a friend for about and hour and it goes all the way to 1 bar!!!! i mean come on, i need the charger in while i talk, and my phones dead half the time so i rarely use it anymore.<br /><br />2) Glitch/bugged - Yea, so i go into my pictures to view them, ok, done viewing, now i exit, but i wanted to go back to see one more pic. but it does not go back into the album, its like button mashing frenzy until i notice its not working. this happens to random stuff too, lik texting.<br /><br />3) Small screen - I hate it, i want a bigger screen!!!!!<br /><br />4) Texting - I hate the texting. its so weird, i start typing and when i press space i end up typing inside my signature. <br /><br />5) Bluetooth - I tried to sign it into my phone but it never worked... I was hoping for it but wasted money...<br /><br />6) MP3 - You can't acess your PLAYLIST witout internet...!@#$<br /><br />7) Camera - Its blurry, its stupid.<br />-----PROS-----<br /><br />Aside from the cons there are a few pros....few...<br /><br />1) Sleek - It fits in my pocket perfectly. like in class and i'm texting my friend in another class, when the teacher turns around i can just slip it right in with ease.<br /><br />2) Bright - Its bright, i can see it clearly in the dark.<br /><br />3)Rotating camera - It rotates, thats ballin. <br /><br />4) Modem - You can use it as a modem for your laptop...too bad it costs money.<br /><br /><br />Yea i never really liked this phone, my uncle gave it to me. But i talk and text on it. It is slow and the features it does have seem like they were cut short halfway through production, with little customization.<br /><br />Pros:<br /><br />+ Crisp, vibrant display.<br />+ Nice swivel camera.<br />+ Records legnthy videos.<br />+ Nice media player.<br />+ Easy to control on the front.<br /><br />Cons:<br /><br />- Menu is slow compared to other Samsungs like the A920.<br />- NO expandable memory... wtf?<br />- Camera is not very good.<br />- Can't zoom in pictures after you take them. Initially we were attracted by the Pros everyone has mentioned:<br />- Bright colorful screen<br />- clear sound<br />- gadgets<br />-slim design<br /><br />etc...<br />The battery life was never much of a problem for me because I don't spend much time on the phone. My husband, who talks for 1-2 hours for business (using a blue-tooth headset), had to buy the extended battery immediately. (So much for the slim design). Besides that, he likes the phone. Neither of us really uses the MM because it is too expensive so I can't comment on that. The main problem I have with my phone is the glitchy software. Don't ever try to make a call when someone else is calling you, the phone will not let you answer, or keep dialing. Instead it freezes up while you watch both calls continue on - nothing you can do! Annoying, but pretty rare - What is not rare is the random power down. 4 or 5 times a day the power will just cut out on my phone with no warning. You don't realize this has happened until people start calling your house saying " why are all your calls going to voice mail?" Then you check and the phone is off. To get around this issue I must constantly check my phone to see if it has turned off - and then turn it back on. Unfortunately it doesn't make any sound when it does this - so there is no way to catch it unless you are sitting there watching it every second. After checking online, I have found many users who report this same problem. (my husband's a900 never does this) I am going to try and take the phone to the Sprint store to see if they can update the software since it will not let me do it from the settings anymore. Well it wasn't. I got tired of it after the first week. First off the battery life is very weak, the bluetooth reception is horrible. The only good thing about this phone is the quality of the music played on it but than again you only have 55 MB to fill up and it doesn't have a MicroSD slot. The camera is also horrible, it has to be less than 1.3 because everytime i take a picture at a concert it comes up very bad. I switched to sprint from Cingular and got my wife the Fusic which she loves and I got the A900. I had that phone for one weekend and returned it on Monday. I got a Sanyo M1 which I love.<br /><br />Pros:<br />Sleek <br /><br />Cons: <br />Battery life is disgusting. Had a full charge at 6 am and phone was dead at noon!! After five years with the same phones on the same plan, I needed a new phone. To get one, our provider insisted we upgrade to a more expensive plan that didn't want or need. So we switched. My Hub got a Samsung M500 and so far is extremely happy with it. I got a Samsung A900--what a disappointment. The reception is awful. I will have really clear reception and then suddenly the person's voice is so faint I can barely hear it and then suddenly it's normal volume again. I looked in the book &amp; discovered the built-in antenna is in the bottom of the phone so you have to hold it a certain way. So I tried their way and other ways and the same thing keeps happening. My signal is maxed per the bars &amp; the battery power is fully charged. I would love to keep the phone but looks alone don't cut it. I actually use my cell phone as a cell phone. I also wanted the Bluetooth capability. Thought the camera was just a neat extra feature.<br />Pros:<br />1.Slim compact case<br />2.Easy to use keypad<br />3.Nice size screen<br />4.Flip down camera lens<br />5.Does take nice pictures for cell phone camera<br />Cons:<br />1.Bad reception--it keeps cutting in and out--other person loud, then faint, then loud<br />2.Long time to power up<br />3.Phone charger connection cover is piece of plastic that gets in way when plug in charger--will break off real soon b/c of pressure<br />I bought a Bluetooth but didn't try it. Reception already bad--why bother. I love the phone for its looks, the ease of using the keypad, the size, it's structure when open--easy to hold and talk. But again, looks alone don't cut it. I don't use text messaging and all those other geegaws. I just wanted a comfortable phone with excellent reception--the first is there; the second is not.
