At the time I purchased this phone in January 2007, it was for emergency purposes and have connected it with FIDO pay as you go. 2+ years later (knock on wood) it is still very functional.

The phone is easy to handle and seems to have lasted longer with a protector cover which you can get at a local market for under $8.00

It takes pictures and video although not that clear.

The speaker phone is a plus and have held conversations while doing other things with the phone a few feet away.

It was handy during the snow storm where it won't "freeze up" like some of touch screen phones. (this has happened to many friends of mine during our cold winter season).

If you are looking for something basic, and straightforward for calls and text, this is perfect for it.

User Review: They should turn back time and start manufacturing TVs and toilet paper, as they did some years ago.

6020 is one of the worst phones recently released.

PROS:

> More features than 6610i
> Good keypad quality

CONS:

> Poor display quality
> Terrible sounds quality
> Terrible casing and nivigation key quality
> Short battery life

Don't buy it :)

Less memory,
i am loosing some phone number even after I store them in the phone memory,
Not all Midi files are compatible
not able to store more than 35 photo's
