The Pantech Link II (2) P5000 has it's pros and cons.

Starting with the negative, it only has a Micro B USB making it virtually impossible to listen to a wired headsets unless you have a Micro B USB adapter and/or Y splitter.
And even then, I never tried it so it may not work.

The sound when making a call could be louder, so it's good to have the speaker phone to use, but no privacy.

The volume toggle is on the right so it's easy to accidentally press it, and ring it unnecessarily.

As far as the good, there is a lot more good about it. Starting with Bluetooth® so if you have a stereo headset, you can charge and listen to music on it.
The microSD card slot is a good feature with capacity up to 32 GB. A good feature to have for those with a large amounts of media, since it only has 200 MB internal.
The QWERTY keyboard is adequate. Although since it's so compact, it will take some getting use to using the "FN" (function) key. Also, the phone numbers lack letters for numbers like "1800 CALL NOW". So you either have to remember 2 is ABC, etc.
The digital camera is 2+ megapixel and has zoom, lighting and video capture.
The display is 2.4" diagonal. It has an animated and easy to use menu along with ability to use limited data. There is also GPS on it that can come in handy for finding places or being found.

All together, it functions decently and is compact an lightweight. But there are better basic phones with the same features as well. Even if they may cost a little extra, they may be worth it. But it's not a bad phone for it's price.

I bought phone in January, set the alarm when I got home. Alarm goes off at random times. I have been back to AT&T store where I purchased the phone and called customer support several times....no satisfaction....received new phone...days later doing the same thing.....removed memory card, changed SIM card....no change....I like the phone, do not want a data plan or touch screen, not leaving me with many options for a phone.....terribly disappointed with AT&T customer support and store personnel.
