Phone has a loud speaker. Full Qwerty keyboard a plus! Has all the basic features you need plus Email and IM access with reply and forward options. Memory Slot option. Price is great not too high! At $79.99 not too high and doesnt leave a hole in the pocket.<br /><br />Cons: Small Screen. Camera SUCKS! Keyboard is a little cramped, can be a bit getting use to.
