I love the keyboard. The keys are a bit small, but I am a former Blackberry owner, so they weren't so hard to get use to. I have dropped this phone plenty of times and it just "keeps on ticking". Battery life is excellent. I can run 2 days on a 12 hour charge, and I use this phone for business so I'm not talking about minimum talk time. <br /><br />CONS: Freezes at times, but very rarely. Not very customizable, so if this is important, this is not the phone for you. Camera is worthless. <br /><br />Overall, I highly recommend this phone. If you are looking for an easy to use phone with awesome texting capabilities, this is for you. Want to use your phone as an alarm clock, but want your ringer turned off so nobody wakes you up with a drunk dial at 3AM? Sorry... can't do it. If the ringer is off, so is the alarm.<br /><br />QWERTY keyboard: Awesome! Tiny keys that I often press 2 of at the same time: Not so hot. My hands are average-sized for a man, though a bit on the slender side. Even with these slender fingers, the keys still seem awfully small, and other than 2 tiny ridges on the J &amp; F keys (which I can baaarely feel with my thumbs), it's hard to determine where my thumbs are without looking directly at the keypad.<br /><br />When viewing images on the phone, there doesn't appear to be a full screen option. When displayed, the images only utilize less than half of the already tiny screen.<br /><br />PROS:<br /><br />Screen is bright and colorful. Though, as mentioned previously, it would be nice if you could actually utilize the full dimensions of the screen to view stored photos.<br /><br />Fit and finish of the phone seems pretty good. I especially like the smooth finish on the back and sides of the phone.<br /><br />Battery life seems adequate. Not really a pro, or a con really.<br /><br />I have not tested the phones MP3 capabilities, so I cannot comment on related features.<br /><br />Overall, for the $50 I paid for it, it seems like a nice little package.
