The touch screen works when it wants to. Sending messages with it is next to impossible because 4 out of 5 will not go through. I know it is the phone because I have several ATT phones in my house and no one else has issues with their phones sending messages. There are no good points to this phone in my opinion. Why waste your money on this phone? Don't do it!
