kitkat submitted this review of the BlackBerry 6710:

Overall rating: 3.5 (out of 5)

Pros: easy to use, audible hand-held phone vs. the ear piece. Email is quick and the web is fairly quick to load. The web has some pages that will not load, not quite sure if it is b/c of "secure" sites or what.
Cons: no ring tones available outside the factory installed tones (which aren't fun and frankly very boring). I've tried to download them and no one supports the phone, i was told b/c the Internet functions were developed first and then the phone...whatever.

(Follow link to rate this review or report it to us as inappropriate.)
