My wife bought this phone, and in less than 6 months the battery has given out, and the phone had another issue which made AT&T send out a replacement. Functionality is good, usability is good, but reliability is lacking. The Bluetooth connection has also been sporadic at times for some reason. Would not recommend this phone due to the issues experienced.

pro's
.includes aim,msn, and yahoo
.extremely easy to text with
.has tv (which will be coming out soon on feb 09)
.great memory space
.you can edit the pictures on the phone
.easy to use, and learn

con's
.you can't set a song to be your ringtone if its over like 300k
.the videos don't take up the whole screen,(which is stupid because the phone's screen is super wide) and don't last too long

I must say that after looking for over a month for a new cell, I have finally hit the jackpot. This is a great little phone.

Pros:
Clear reception & speaker phone
Great screen
Great Pics & videos
alarm clock w/ snooze
Battery life is really really good!
Easy to text

Cons:
If you aren't familiar with these type of a phone, it might take awhile to get all the ins & outs down

All in all, I am very impressed with this phone and all the fun stuff with it - TV, music, everything! If you are looking for a great phone with lots of a extras, this is the phone for you!
