      <description>&lt;p&gt;T-Mobile USA today announced that it will carry the HTC Radar 4G, its first Windows Phone 7.5 Mango smartphone. The Radar 4G features a 5-megapixel camera with F2.2 lens, autofocus, LED flash, and 720p video capture. It also has a VGA user-facing camera. The Radar has a 3.8-inch 800 x 480 LCD display, 1GHz Qualcomm SnapDragon processor, GPS, Wi-Fi, stereo Bluetooth, and 8GB of on-board storage. Other features include 5.1 surround sound, a bevy of sensors, and HSPA+ 3G at 14.4Mbps. The Radar is a meant to serve as a mid-range WP7.5 device, and includes a number of HTC customizations of the WP7.5 platform. HTC has expanded the presence and scale of the HTC Hub, which can be used by customers to snag HTC-developed applications as well as video and music content. It comes with a 5-megapixel camera with F2.2 lens, autofocus, LED flash, and 720p video capture. It also has a VGA user-facing camera.
