Worst phone I have ever owned

The only positive on this phone is the size and weight. Otherwise it is really bad, the side buttons cannot be locked and I have never had as many dropped calls as I have had with the 10 days I have had this phone. Don't buy this phone..

Features ok. Small buttons. Very poor reception. Lots of dropped calls. Hard for others to hear you. What do you expect froma free phone?

Good phone - cheap price

I need a phone without a camera and I am a Cingular subscriber so that make things more difficult as I think that Cingular has very few phones without cameras. I picked this phone and I have been happy with it so far. The reception is better than I expected, the internal display is good, and the keys are not too small with a good feel.

The bad stuff is the external display is only good to use when getting a phone call or in a strong light as the display backlight only stays on seconds after the phone is closed and you can only use a Samsung headset as the phone is very selective.

A good basic phone with a few nice features.

I am taking mine back today. I have given it a week but after my little old school Nokia this one is awful. There are 3 steps at least to do anything and while I have had great reception, access it more important.

I am sorry.

I am sorry. For me, Nokia is the only phone to have.

This phone is very cute. It has beautiful graphics. But....A very big but, if this phone is in your pocket or pocketbook the side buttons can mute the phone therefore, negating the real reason you carry a phone with you. So you don't miss calls.

In all of the forums I never hear anyone talk about the side buttons on a clamshell phone. I had assumed that every manufacturer now took care of the old problem of muting a phone in error.

Nokia phones have a KeyGuard system to prevent this from happening.

So I am sorry because, for me, this is the only major flaw to this beautiful phone.
