This Phone Packs a Punch!
I really shouldn't complain about the fact that when my bluetooth is on, I can't hear my customized ringer profiles and it defaults to the standard ringer. Because in return, Moto included a 64MB tflash card! The VGA camera is better than the MP camera on my MPX220. The phone is just downright sexy to look at!
Lastly, when I connect the phone to my PC it automatically launches ITunes. And ITunes is not even my default MP3 player; Napster is! Possibilities? I think so!
Far Below Expectations
This phone proved to be a huge disappointment. It did not work properly with Edge, Bluetooth, or AIM capability. Getting the music player to work properly still remains a bit of a mystery to me. I was on the phone with T-Mobile customer service and tech support for over two hours and they were generally unable to help. I was able to get the AIM working, sort of. And one T-Mobile rep was able to get the bluetooth synced up in a store when I took it back. I was told that Edge really does not work quite right now, and the slowish connection to T-Zones proved that out.
As a phone, the sound was pretty good, though I noticed that I did not get reception in a couple of places I never had problems with my v330. Interestingly, I traded for a Razr V3 and had no problems the next day in one of the very same spots! Also, the v3 proved extremely simple to set up and operate, though that is a subject for a different review.
One other criticism is that the buttons were not comfortable to use... much harder to push than the v3 or the v330.
Finally, the manual is pretty bad. For example, the phone has a nice feature where you can send a text message to many people at once, but what proved to be pretty simple seemed kind of counter-intuitive at first. Had the manual explained this clearly, it would have been helpful.

Generally nice looking, light phone
Sound quality of calls very good
Feature packed, if you can get them to work
Cons
Reception seemed less than other phones
IM-AIM slower, and needs some counterintuitive steps to get there
Edge does not seem to really work, at least in my area, and T-Mobile seemed clueless re whether it was the network or the phone
Bluetooth does work, but may be hard to sync with some headsets
Buttons a little uncomfortable to push
Music player seems pretty tough to figure out, and it is not an MP3 player -- related to this, the manual is awful...
wow it really beats the razr v3
i just got this phone for tmobile and i have to say this phone is very good compare to my razr not that the razr isnt good but v360 has a lot of good turns moto did there jobs this phone packs with alot of great stuff on this phone like memory card slot mp3.musicplayer and mp3 ringtones also bluetooh videocapture and a good camera not megapixel but okay after all you could transfer data files from your PC to phone witch is a plus for me also a push to talk button.. i would like to see people buy this phone its awsome.
Awesome Phone
Motorola has stepped it up a notch with this phone. In my opinion it is the best motorola yet. It has all the features i need or could want. The USB slot is extrememly useful. It also runs heaps of games - download them off limewire. The only con is the the front screen is not colour - other than that its a great phone!
damn moto is kickin it
ma brother got the a 630 n he was tellin me all the stuff abt it n i ordered v360 i had a real bad experince b4 on v600 but it suprised me peeps @ moto really did a great job i really appreciate ma phone but i hate it also cuz ma GF wants me to buy one for her also damn moto
Great mid range phone
This is probably the best midrange phone out there. MP3 player, video recorder and playback, picture, javaluetooth 2, full bluetooth features (thanx T-mobile, you suck Verizon), loud speakerphone. Same exact features, sans thickness and color external screen, as the Razr, plus the MP3 player!! Incldes the data cable to hook it straight up to my computer, plus it charges it at the same time. Expandable memory, 64mb included! It takes me a while to run out of memory, compared to my other phones. The 1gb microsd sandisk is out, and from what I hear on newegg.com, this phone can handle it! Can we say approximately 20 MP3 albums at 64kbps?
The earpiece does have a low volume, but it seems a lot of phone manufacturers are doing this for safety reasons (i.e. Sonyericsson: "loud noises can damage your hearing" on both my t300 and t610). black and white external screen seems like a cheap way, but I guess they'd have to charge more for the phone (it wouldn't have stood a chance against the Razr). It's difficult to find 2.5mm stereo headsets around where I live.
Given a 4.5 rating because nothing's perfect.
2.5 to 3.5 Stereo adapter
Attention all those trying to get "stereo" sound adapter for the V360. Cingular sells an adapter used on the "ROKR", Moto phone model. The adapter costs about $5. It has the 3-ring 2.5 jack so you will definately get great stereo sound and you could plug it in any where and take your mp3s where ever you may roam.
In addition I just purchased the 1GB Micro SD card for my V360.
Its awesome!!!

WOW Great Phone
I bought this phone a few weeks ago, to replace my V330, and i must say wow this is great, i wouldnt say its too much different from the v330 BUT for $99.99 for my price anyways it was a steal.
Pros:
-IT IS an MP3 player, people expect it to be an IPOD but its not its an M-P-3 P-L-A-Y-E-R
-No Stub Antenna
-Definatly quicker repsonse way better than the v330
-Sleeker design
-loud speaker
-actually has a memory card, this is great meaning you have control over how much memory space you want.
-you dont need a program at all to put music on the phone, you just hook it up and your computer recognizes the device and auto updates it in there its self, thus a smooth and fluid file transferre
Cons:
-the memory card you get isn't exactly the best one out there, its only 64Meg
-motorola is still lacking alot of cool features on the phone (seperate pic id and ring tones)you do have pic id and ring tones but they are in catagories
-my old phone had a tip calculator on it when i went out to eat i knew how much to tip, im not exactly the master math wiz so this feature i had on one of my old phones was great
if you want a great phone for a great price, small, compact, and fun to use with no hang ups.... ha ha no pun intended

My Favorite Phone
Personally, I was never a huge phone person. Once I saw this phone I was in love. It's my favorite phone!!! I wouldn't trade it for any other phone, unless it had better features, but u can't get much better than this in a phone!!
Good Phone
I recently got the phone when my contract was up, and I was eligible for an Upgrade. Cost me 99 dollars though, but consider that it was worth it. I did an upgrade from the Samsung E105. The E105 NEVER let me down no matter where I was, so it would be hard for another phone to rate even better. This phone is in the run for that new title.
PRO's:
1. Even though i believe having a Camera on a cell phone is stupid (thats what you have digital camera's for), I tried it out for the heck of it, and it wasn't as "poor quality people made it out to be. Granted it isn't a high tech picture, but why would you buy a cell phone to take GREAT pictures? Isn't a cell phone for Talking?
2. I cannot drive and talk on the cell phone in my State, and so needed a way to talk and drive without holding a cell phone to my ear. This works out perfectly until I can afford to find the right BlueTooth Headset.
3. Bluetooth. Don't know how it will work yet, but the capability is another reason i bought the phone.
CON'S:
1. I carry my phone in a Pouch, and everytime I take it out, I end up pushing a button on the side of the phone. Not a serious issue; just bugs the heck out of me.
2. Data Connectivity kit is not included with the purchase of the phone.
3. Memory Card adapter is so small. As soon as i opened the Memory Card case, the adapter fell out, and haven't seen it since.
This phone is Top of the Line, its its class.
