'buttons' are in places hard to find; often next to something else that gets pressed, instead of what you wanted to do. voicemail notifications poor. often takes 2-4 steps to do/locate something i used to do on a flip phone with 1-2 steps. screen keeps flipping to news, which i do not want, and apparently it is an app that cannot be turned off - thanks, google. there are 'buttons' across the bottom of the phone which are invisible - if you try to pick up the phone you hit a button unintentionally. this was not a good choice of phone - but who knew? not easy to get on to internet - keep getting 'aw, snap! reload!' from google. (and no, it's not my area, or poor internet cx!!)
