this phone barely works... I bought it through verizon wireless and has been replaced within the 4 months I have been with verizon. All three phone had the same issues... made a loud sound in my ear and the other person could only ear every third sound.... Verizon and Samsung have just washed their hands.... so I am washing my hands of both of these companies.
