It's OK
it's an okay little phone, but having t-mobile for so long, everything never seemed to be hidden, on this phone, they are. I noticed that there wasnt an actual "Voice Recorder" that you could like record music, and set as like ringtones or whatever like my old phone (samsung T369). But the Notes section of it allows you to record sound, but when on playback, you can hardly hear it. The Battery life, honestly, i think it sucks. My old phone's battery lasted me a week with it being on continously, (its only off when it's dead), but this phone's battery last me like a day and a half, to two days max. and the qwerty keyboard buttons are the tiniest of the tiny. not the greatest for texters. But i do love the radio volume, and some of the other features on this phone.
Pros: light, durable, camera, radio volume, speaker volume, call clarity
Cons: battery life, small qwerty keyboard, no actual voice recorder, etc.

Great phone for prepaid
This phone is perfect for my needs, as I am prepaid, it has web and text and the battery life is AWESOME.
