RUNNING BACK TO THE SPRINT STORE!!
I have been a sprint customer since 2000 and I have never had a problem with their products until now. I bought this phone about two weeks ago and I hate it! I hate it because the battery life sucks!!! I was really excited about upgrading my phone and purchasing my first PDA device, but I am very displeased with my purchase! I will be running to the sprint store to return this phone.
PROS:
-wonderful color display
-kinda nice ring tones
-size (very purse friendly!)
-user friendly
affordable device
CONS:
-battery life sucks! I did not use the internet or listen to music and the battery life still sucked!

Sorry, kids - this thing is a piece of junk. Couldn't get the batt cover back on after I had to do a reset and took it to the sprint store where they gave me a new phone (said mine was defective). I then spent another 30 min in the store with the tech and 2 sales reps as they all fumbled trying to put the batt cover on my new phone after they activated it. They wound up swapping the cover from the display phone with mine as it went on easier. The whole case seems so thin and cheezy. Looks like if you drop it once it will self destruct.
I plan to play with this for a while then take it back for an exchange when the Sprint Touch comes out in a couple of weeks. Thank god for sprints 30 day return policy!
