Another headache phone.......sorta
The only good thing I have to say about this phone is that, yes, it is easy to use. You don't have to take out a PhD to use it, like alot of the new phones that are out now.
The sound quality is very poor. My father has a hearing aid on at all times, and he can barely hear out of this phone. That should say something right there. Not to mention the speakerphone, as I have said in other reviews, is a joke. You can't even call it a speakerphone.
The battery life is deplorable as well.

why is ther no voice dial
I've been a tmobile user for about 9 years now, since it was voicestream. I purchased the T809 and was disappointed that it did not have bluetooth, and now i'm looking at this one and once agian tmobile and samsung fail to add a very important feature to a bluetooth capable handset. I know samsung has a great voice dial setup i've messed with there phones with other carriers and its worked well.
Other then that i've been happy with my samsung choices.
