I got this phone for my sister by way of cingular. I don't normally trust anything by Sony Erickson since i had such a bad experience before they merged, the lady on the phone told me to get it that they had gotten better and i figured for a dollar whats the harm.After I placed the order i thought of phone scoop and looked it up. got horrible ratings but still felt I should give them a chance. let me just say the the second i got the phone i was on my cell phone calling cingular to exchange it. this phone is very cheaply made. It reminds me of those fake cell phones that you buy for your kids when they are little. didn't even wait to make a call i new i didn't want it cause right then i new everything you all said was true. thanks for the advice. i wished i had checked you out before i said yes to it.

its nice for the price
i purchased this phone for 49.99 and i am pleased with all it has to offer.... i dont understand the other complaints...

great great reception (i live in Dallas where all phone with all carriers have an excellent reception, so that does not count
