Alcatel Fierce Screen and phone freezes up!

If your lucky to get to 3 months with this phone get ready. The screen freezes being unable to shut it off and you cant take the battery out without voiding the warranty which may solve the issue. It wont respond at all. Some say let your phone run out of charge and it may restart. Well if you want to hang on to your phone unable to use it for 3 weeks meanwhile paying the monthly bill and hoping it works next month while borrowing everyone else's phone, its not my idea of worthwhile investment. If you were not careful it would disconnect you while speaking to someone if you pressed your ear to hard against the phone trying to hear better in louder areas. Let's not forget the one touch my ... Besides these three issues I was ok with the $150-$170 phone. It was an upgrade and worked well for the price at first but it should have lasted more than 3 months. I will never buy a phone again that I cannot just take the battery out to reset it. Not sure it is worth sending back waiting 2 weeks to get a new one of the same phone. Some have gone through this same experience more than once. I regret buying this phone.

Well if you want to hang on to your phone unable to use it for 3 weeks meanwhile paying the monthly bill and hoping it works next month (while borrowing everyone else's phone), its not my idea of a smart phone investment. If you were not careful it would disconnect you while speaking to someone if you pressed your ear to hard against the phone trying to hear better in louder areas.
