Low Battery Alert
Does anyone else have an issue with the low battery alert? I can be on the phone and without any warning, the phone will power down due to a low charge. I have not heard a beep or seen the battery indicator flash like on other phones. Please let me know.

The first time it happened to me, I heard a beep that sounded like when a car door opens. It beeped again 2 more times within the next 2 minutes or less and then it powered down. Not much of a warning system; and the beep is easy to miss.

I ended up going to Verizon to get my phone swapped. I will see if I still have issues with the new phone.

I have the same problem with my phone, no audio battery low alert when I am on the phone or when it is on standby. Can you tell me if your new phone is working properly now? Verizon has given me the runaround when I took my phone to their store b/c I have had it for longer than the 15 day return period, and they are telling me that it’s a software problem. I called LG and they are telling me that it’s the phone and not software. Thanks.
