Videos or Movies on 8600

Is there anyway to watch videos or movies (obviously compressed) on the phone? If so, what format would they have to be in?

3gpp format will work.

Open Setup.exe in the program's directory. Choose 3GPP+AAC General Setting and the language of your preference. Press Apply.

Thanks! That works great for some videos I downloaded off YouTube, but what about movie files? Any idea how to compress one to fit on a card?
