not being heard by person on other end
When making a call, I can hear the other person, but they cannot hear me. I have the phone about 3 months now, and just started having this problem and can not figure it out

I had this problem as well after a few weeks...
It is pobably because the microphone hole is dirty....or--
the microphone hole is very small and not where you expect it would be, so you might also be covering it up without realizing it...the hole is on the side next to the * key, very small and not noticeable...you could also take the phone to Verizon and they will clean out the hole, and then the clarity on the other end should be better...just be more careful and aware when talking not to cover up the hole...
