Hello! I just got an Orange enV, I love it so far, but it's kinda weird becuase I put all my musics on my micro SD memory card, and some of the musics that I put there FOR SURE DO NOT SHOW UP ON THE PHONE! ☚ī¸
I think phone is not recognizing those files at all. They're not on the music list on the phone, therefore I can't play some of them.
Is there any reason that might cause this? Any way to solve it?

Thank you a lot! 🙂

What size SD card do you have?

I've heard that the enV will read any size micro sd, but once the size exceeds 1gb the phone will not read any more information on it.

I'm guessing this is your problem.

Make sure your file names for your mp3s do not exceed 40 characters. That could be one reason why they are not showing up. Another reason is that they might be copy protected using the DRM (Digital Rights Management). The MP3 player won't play these songs or even acknowledge them in the playlist. There are many utilities that will strip the DRM protection. Just google DRM MP3 remove utility freeware and you should find one. I'm trying to find one myself.

I agree with the file name thing. I had a song that just wouldn't sure up in my list. I changed the name (it was long and had some underscores and dashes. I made it a shorter simple name and now it works fine)
