whats the easiest way to clear all internal memory (calendar, contacts, etc)?

If you have used BitPIM software, it is fairly easy to clear out calender and contacts... Just connect the phone and do a send/replace all before you retrieve information from the phone, which will send empty lists of contacts/calender/txt messages and possibly other things, been awhile since I tried this with anyone.
This will not effect GIN downloads or other "hidden" information, so it is not appropriate to use before selling the phone.
Otherwise, I don't believe there is a master clear or factory default option in the service menu of the phone like some other phones.
