Just ordered my Black 8400 today. question about memory

Does it have 60MB of internal memory AND a 64MB transflash card (with SecureDigital adapter)?

with the included card!

One problem is mine resets itself every hour or two for no reason. Does anyone else have this happen? or do I have a bad phone? I think I'll take it to sprint today to exchange.
