vibrate?

ok...my 8500 wont vibrate any more 😕 anyone else have this issue?? i went thru the settings n such n the differnt vibrate options arent there either...has anyone else had this issue? also how do you fix it?

Sorry i dont have a solution but i had to replace my chocolate a week ago for the same reason and now the new one is doing the same thing!!!

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!
