cant erase
so i tried putting some vids on my memory card, but somehow it didnt go through. so now i have empty files that i cant delete no matter what i try. any ideas?

A few ideas. Are you putting the card into the card reader and trying to delete it from the comp? If that doesn't work you could reformat the memory card from the phone but that will erase all of the data.

when i try to reformat from the phone it asks me for a password. but i never put one? wth?
