my phone got scratched..can i repair this?

i absolutely love my phone and today the front cover(the key pad part) got scratched really bad.
i was wondering if i could mail in the phone and repair this.
does anyone know what i can do?
i don't think have any insurance cover plan for this phone. but i'm willing to pay money to repair this.
