I have a BT head unit in my truck and I recently bought the Choc. My old Cingy phones automatically connected to my head unit when I had the BT on. I made it so that the incoming security automatically connects to the Choc and the head unit but I still have to manually search for each. Can someone help me out? Thanks!!

if you go to add new device it only temporarily turns on the bluetooth (meaning you need to pair connect your phone or pair it again and again) turn on power of bluetooth on your phone, then pair. that should remedy your issue.

I've tried that. Still no luck. They are both set up to auto connect but nothing still.

If i am understanding your question correctly(that you want the calls to automatically feed to your bluetooth) it is quite simple. Pair your bluetooth and your phone. Before getting into your vehicle turn the bluetooth mode of the chocolate on and keep your bluetooth headset on. boom problem solved. calls come in to the bluetooth. I created a shortcut key on the chocolate so i don't have to scroll through the menus of the phone to turn on the bluetooth. If i understood the question wrong tell me ...

Let me see if i can explain this a little better. When I enter my vehicle the BT on my phone is already on, when I start the truck that turns on the head unit's BT. I have them both paired to auto connect but they don't. The only way they connect is to make the head unit manually connect to the phone. This would be OK but all my Cingy phones auto connected and I know VZW has a problem with BT. Maybe it's a VZW problem that can't be fixed. Thanks for all your help.

Hmm? once you have the pairing it should auto connect. Turning on your car is about the same as turning on your bluetooth headset. When I turn my headset on it auto pairs so i don't see what the difference would be?
