Problem sycn'ing with PC...?

Alright, so I got the phone on Monday, got the music essentials as a package with it, so I get home and install everything including the drivers, plug the phone in and hit sync and it gives me this message.

"Connect Failure"
"Please check your cable connection the PC"

Well I checked it, tried a few more times, then called verizon. I was on the phone for about 3 hours trying to figure it out, they came to the conclusion that my cable must be bad. So I returned it today and got a new one, just got home, and I get the same problem ☹️

Anybody able to help me out?

From what I gather you need sp1 installed for syncing to work, I haven't been able to get it to work otherwise with the chocolate or even my mp3 players for the matter.

i was on the phone with verizon for over 2 hours about the same issue. turns out i tried the phone with another computer and it worked fine. i think the phone requires a usb2 hub so that might be an issue. try it with another computer and see if you can establish a connection

Well I tried going to SP1, and all my USB drivers are up to date, and I am using USB 2.0 Tried it on another computer and it loaded right up 😢 Problem is that was my parents computer and doesn't help me much that it won't load here. Help or Suggestions?
