Anyone know how to keep the keypad lit?
Tried everything, every forum, manual, website etc. Keypad goes dark nearly immediately after opening, and I'd like to keep it on.

read my review for other issues like this... i suggest that you call UTSTAR (wrote the software for this unit) and tell them that you want this fixed in the software update slated for a May release!!
for now the answer is NO... you can't adjust it.
