If you're talking about doing away with the message sent notification, which will also stop the annoying vibration, everytime a message is sent, then try on of the following......

****NOTE, if you're note sure about changing registry settings "DO NOT" use these steps, you USE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK, but I know they work****

You will also need a program like Total Commander or Resco Registry Tool.

Disable the SMS Sent notification
If you're tired of the "Message Sent" notification after sending an SMS/text message, you can disable them:
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Inbox\Settings\SMSNoS entMsg = 1 (DWORD decimal)
And to re-enable:
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Inbox\Settings\SMSNoS entMsg = 0 (DWORD decimal)

Or you can use:

Always require SMS Delivery notification
If you always want an SMS Delivery notification (see note below!), and are tired of ticking the 'Request message delivery notification' checkbox, set:
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Inbox\Settings\SMSDel iveryNotify = 1 (DWORD decimal)
To disable again:
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Inbox\Settings\SMSDel iveryNotify = 0 (DWORD decimal)
