PDA Conncet vs. Data Connect vs. Media Max 200

I have the phone, very pleased with it. Does more than I thought it would. Just a question about the plans. I was more or less told that I HAD to sign up for PDA Connect, so I did. What does one lose, if anything, with either of the other 2 plans, in terms of functionality? I guess $39.99 is not overly exorbitant, but is there an appreciable difference in the plans, to the point where I would either lose speed or capacity to browse as freely as with PDA Connect? Any help would be appreciated.

pda connect gives you 2 apn's, wap and isp. It also has more bandwidth.

the smartphone connect is the same as the medianet but has more bandwidth and you only get wap

medianet only gives you wap but it is the cheapest.

I have an 8125 and use medianet and everything is fine. when there is a wap page available you get it but if you use a third party browser like opera mini then all pages are html and not wap.

If you want to save money then get the medianet, if you want to be on the right side of the cingular law then pda connect is "required" with all pda's

So, it does sound like it's faster and the pages are theoretically closer to what a PC's pages look like? It does seem worth it, I guess. Thanks.
