would it work... with GPRS?

i understand this is a 3G phone. but before i think about getting it. i like to know if it will work with the GPRS system.

since i'm in canada. and my provider doesn't have 3G yet =(

the device is HSDPA/UMTS/EDGE/GPRS/GSM in that order down. it'll work. 🙂
