From what I have read, one can only store mp3 files. I just installed one yesterday and have saved mp3 files to it very easily using Windows Media Player. What nobody tells you is HOW to install the memory card. Here is a link to the user manual. Go to page 29.

You need to turn the phone off, take out the battery. There is a slot in which the micro SD card slides in. HOWEVER, it doesn't just click in or slide in easily. You have to really force it all the way in for it to work. I had trouble with this and called Verizon yesterday. They told me to really shove it in. It was only after I did that that it worked.

how do you get to stored pictures that are on the SD? I had an E-815 and had stored pictures on the card to move but once I got the V3m working I can't access any of my pictures from the SD.

Oh, wait i take that back when I go to My pix I get to see 18 pictures but I have way more then that on there. How do I get to see them all? Can I go to a folder like on the E-815 and see everything that is on my memory card?

Hey, From what I heard the MAX is 1gb but I might ask someone at a store(like where you servies provider is) and maby if you have the time, call Motorola but the ait would be a bit longer then calling Sprint, Cingular(whatever you servies provider is)Thanks 😁
