Memory card reading trouble.

I bought this phone on February 2nd, and the day of purchase, the salesmen jammed the memory card inside, and my phone would not read memory card.

I finally got it out, and it still wasn't reading it. Thinking the card was defective, I bought a new card, but it still won't read it.

I think the salesmen may have broken something, but it's been over a month, should I call Sprint directly to see about a replacement?

Help!

I found the same thing when inserting memory cards to the phone. It seems like some of the phone are built wrong and the card doesn't go in the way it should. Make sure you have the right type of card for you phone. If it is the Micro SD, don't use the Trans Flash cards. From what I understand, there isn't any fixing it. Just hope you can find a store that will take the phone back after 30 days or see if you can get the equipment repair put on by a nice salesman even thought its after the 30 day allotted time period to add it.

Oh and once you get the repair service added, take it into a service center for a software update. They came out with one in February and it needs it to run faster.
