Motorola RAZR V3m

I just received my V3M phone and I'm learning some lessons the hard way. I understand from several previous posts that speed dial numbers can not be deleted without deleting the number from the contacts list. I have also found that moving the numbers in the speed dial list to be very cumbersome and time consuming. Can these numbers be accessed and/or manipulated via the blue tooth connection to a PC? Any info relating to reorganizing speed dial numbers would be helpful.
