I agree with the above post. The W315 is useless for downloading MP3 ringtones to the phone using BitPim or Phonetools. I bought this phone on my "New Every Two" thinking I could use either program to do it. But after 6+ hours with no luck I returned the phone for a v325i then returned It for a V3m (the phone I have now)(I swap ALOT
