why isnt this on cingular.com ??
I wanted this phone but when I went online it wasnt there , is it jsut not avaible in my area? (zip code 18353) ☹️

I dont know where that ZIP is but I think the phone is only available in 3G areas or areas right outside 36 areas (someone correct me if I'm wrong?)

You're correct. I don't live in a 3G area, but 2 local stores both had the phone. It does not show up on cingular.com however unless you input a zip code of a 3G market.
Also, if your company offers a Cingular discount, it WILL show up on the Cingular Premier website regardless of your market/zip code.

You'll have to check with your employer. My employer has a "work perks" section on the internal company website. And yes, 3g phones work in non-3g areas. Cingular is just choosing not to sell 3g phones online in non-3g areas for some reason. Worst case scenario, your local store should have this phone (mine did despite being a non-3g area).
