Total internal storage memory is 15201.6 KB.

Decent enough, but you'll need a good Transflash card to really use this phone. 🙂

First off. HSDPA is not available anywhere in the US. It could be considered a moot point.Secondly it's still an lg, which means lousey reception. My regional manager had a cu320 for two weeks and reported it to be a completely useless phone. In fact he dropped 17 calls in one day in areas where the phone should have had UMTS coverage. These UMTS phones no matter manufacturer have deffinite problems in non UMTS areas as well. They will hold a UMTS signal all the way down to no service before switching to GSM. I believe that the UMTS launch was a little premature. They should not even be offering the handsets untill the coverage is at least 20% of the network. It is (to my knowledge) not even 10% yet. HSDPA is absolutely pointless. Yeah its g...

This is most definitely one of the most uninformed posts I have read on these forums in a long time.

HSDPA is not currently available anywhere in the US? WRONG. Refer to Cingular's website.

Etc.

You are so incorrect. HSDPA is available just about everywhere that UMTS is available in the US. My CU320 worked beautifully during my trip across the southwest US with no 3G service at all.

Not true. All of Cingular's current 3G (WCDMA / UMTS) coverage is HSDPA-enabled. Period.

In theory they could add a feature like email, but I would be really surprised if they did. The software update feature is intended more to fix bugs as they are found.

It's also to add support for future services as Cingular launches them. For example, when Cingular launches Video Sharing, they could send out an update that enables this on the CU500. I'm not saying they will, but they could.

But as far as other features like email, usually what it ships with is the feature set they intended for that model, and it won't change.

Can't you use a J2ME app like Sirius for e-mail, even if Cingular is not providing this functionality?

This misinformation is most likely due to the fact that 1GB microSD are relatively new (compared to the time the chipset was designed). I can confirm that the SanDisk microSD 1GB card is fully recognized by the phone.
